Founder

Gina Guercia is a master stylist and product developer with over 20 years of experience in the professional beauty industry. Trained at Jacques Dessange and Vidal Sassoon, she began her career at NYC’s Plaza Hotel Salon, working with celebrity clients and on national media appearances. She has since helped create clean, high-performance haircare lines sold at Sephora and Ulta. Inspired by motherhood and a passion for wellness, Gina founded HEIR to redefine beauty—merging luxury, safety, and intention in every detail.
